Plasticizers for SBS:
Melment F10 is a universal superplasticizer and thinner for SBS based on cement, gypsum and other materials.
Melment F 15 G is a superplasticizer and thinner for gypsum-based construction materials.
Melflux 2651 F is a highly effective hyperplasticizer, thinner and anti-shrink component.
Melflux 5581 F – for SBS and other building materials based on Portland cement, provides high strength in the early stages.

Principle of operation.
The principle of operation of the superplasticizer is based on the dissipation of static charges and spatial stabilization of binder particles, which leads to highly efficient desintering and defluxation. Thus, the mobility and workability of the plasticized mortar is significantly increased, and the water requirement of the mixture is significantly reduced.
Advantages:
1. increase in the flowability of concrete and mortar mixtures by several times with a constant W/T ratio;
2. reduction of W/C (water consumption of the mixture) by 30-40% to obtain the same mobility of the solution;
3. increase in the final strength, density and uniformity of the hardened stone;

Dispersants for paints and varnishes
Dispersant additives provide an even distribution of solid particles in a liquid medium and ensure the long-term stability of such systems. Additives stabilize pigments (inorganic, organic, as well as effective pigments) and fillers. The liquid phase can contain water and a full range of organic solvents of different polarities. Wetting agents are surface active substances that improve the wetting of solids. Dispersing agents prevent flocculation of particles by various mechanisms (electrostatic effects, static effects).
Dispersants based on polyacrylate and sodium polycarboxylate LOPON have the following advantages:
1. Easy dosing.
2. High efficiency.
3. Excellent deflocculation, possibility of obtaining a high level of solids content.
4. Long shelf life.
5. Resistant to glycols.
6. High gloss level.
The usual dosage of LOPON in the mixture is 0.2-0.5%.
Polyphosphate dispersant CALGON N has the following advantages:
1. Shelf life is increased when used in combination with polyacrylates such as LOPON
2. Due to the dispersing action of the product, the optimal particle size is quickly achieved, which is quite beneficial in the process of paint production.
3. It is best suited as a dispersant for all water-based construction paints, especially for emulsion paints based on conventional resins.
4. Slows down the settling.
5. Stabilizes water hardness and has a good binding property in relation to calcium and heavy metal ions.
6. Prevents curdling and appearance of brown shades of emulsion paints.
7. Deflocculates coloring agents and fillers in aqueous suspensions. Thus, a high solids content in emulsion paints with low viscosity is achieved.
The dosage of CALGON N in the mixture is 0.05-0.15%.
