TriAx triaxially directed geogrids

Tensar® TriAx® Geogrid is an advanced product specially designed for mechanical stabilization of substrates. The main property of TriAx Geogrid rigid geogrids is their production using triangular geometry. The triangular geometry is one of the most stable forms of construction, widely used to provide an increased level of in-plane stiffness. The triangular structure of the geogrid, combined with the improved geometry of the ribs and joints, offers the construction industry an improved alternative to traditional materials and methods.

TriAx Geogrid rigid geogrids are manufactured from perforated polypropylene sheet oriented in several equilateral directions to form triangular openings, which provides high radial stiffness over 360 degrees. This feature results in a more efficient product that ensures optimal stress redistribution during operation from the load to the stabilizing geogrid.
